When a visitor types a name, location, or record detail into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Hamilton County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms on this site.
Messages
If a visitor emails us or sends a contact message, we use the message and return contact details to review the issue and respond. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless the law requires it.
